The Sibelco Group operates over 110 production sites in 31 countries, with a team of over 5,000 people.Location: Bilbao HQ OfficeRole Overview: The Business Analyst will translate business requirements into detailed function specifications and manage change requests. They will manage the key user community to ensure the key users remain the first line of contact for the larger business transformation programs.Responsibilities:Perform business requirement analysis to identify the function specification needs of the business.Identify the most appropriate solution based on the requirement analysis.Contribute to project definition and the initial cost assessment related to IT, focusing on the IT part.Ensure the key users remain the first line of contact for the larger business transformation programs enabling them to drive further automation across their clusters.Remain aware and knowledgeable of evolutions in IS/IT technology and promote opportunities for deployment.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience.At least 5 years of work experience in a similar role.Practical understanding of the industrial minerals industry.Expertise in current technology advancements and IT capabilities.A self-motivated team player with a proactive approach, analytical and able to work independently.Oral and written fluency in English and Spanish are a must.But most importantly, if you embrace our core values, and if this role sparks your enthusiasm to apply your passion to contribute in a meaningful way as a part of Sibelco's team of unique talents within a diverse international business community, then we very much look forward to hearing from you.#J-18808-Ljbffr
