The roleThe Brand Content Manager leads the development of the Brand Holistic Communication strategy and delivers different relevant brand campaigns across all contact points (shopper, econtent, digital, and traditional media) for a given brand in the portfolio. The role is part of the Brand team together with the Design to Delivery Brand Managers and the Product Experience Managers, reporting directly to the European Marketing Manager.
What you'll doLead the development of the central brand communication strategy for Europe, working collaboratively with the Marketing Manager, brand team, and strategic partner agencies.Develop meaningful and inspiring communication campaigns rooted in strong consumer insights for Europe. Pilot the campaign development process, starting with building briefs based on consumer insights, assessing creative ideas through research, managing production, and delivering final materials across relevant touchpoints.Create and oversee the creation of holistic content for the brand at a European level, delivering master assets for defined touchpoints. Manage and update the content calendar for assigned brands, gathering input from markets and stakeholders.Assess communication effectiveness across Europe, building the media and touchpoint strategy, and recommending actions to increase media efficiency in collaboration with the media support team.Collaborate closely with Commercial, Digital, Holistic Content teams, and local markets to ensure the successful rollout and implementation of central initiatives.Additional Responsibilities:Implement best practices and guidance across Europe, incorporating expertise from the Content team and guidance from BBNW (BEP) or the Central e-business team.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and leverage expert knowledge to enhance content strategies and execution.We offer youWe offer more than just a job. Minimum Requirements:6+ years' experience in Communication Marketing or in a Communication Agency.Experience working in cross-functional teams, managing content calendar and agency partners.
