Role and Responsibilities
CAE Parc Fleet Management Services provides comprehensive technical management support for airlines by managing the aircraft on behalf of the client. As the Fleet Management Engineer, your main responsibility is to guarantee that the acceptance, management, and returns of aircraft under CAE Parc Management occur according to the scheduled dates and that they meet the client's technical specifications. You are responsible for managing the aircraft configuration to ensure that the contracted aircraft is operated under the approved maintenance programme and aligned with the rest of the fleet during operation.
Responsibilities Liaise with the Records Central team, the CAMO team and the client to manage aircraft phase-in and re-delivery from and to the CAE Fleet Management Services.Managing as a project manager in the Acceptance, Return, and Transfer processes of aircraft between the lessor, CAE Parc and the Client.Technical review of aircraft configuration to identify differences in configuration between leased aircraft and client's current fleet.Development of client's Aircraft Maintenance Programme to include new aircraft under CAE Parc Fleet Management.Review client's MEL to include new aircraft under CAE Parc Fleet Management.Development of bulletins and engineering orders to adapt aircraft configuration to meet client's regulatory and operational requirements.Review and develop bridging maintenance workscopes.Maintain aircraft configuration, Weight & Balance and Electronic Load Analysis files updated.Assess MPD, MRBR, ADs and SBs to ensure aircraft comply with the applicable maintenance and airworthy requirements.Enter maintenance requirements in the Maintenance Management System.Review technical documents related to aircraft transfers, including maintenance records, flight logs, and aircraft configuration documents.Ensure aircraft data import in the maintenance management system has been completed appropriately and address any non-compliances.Skills and Qualifications 5 years+ in senior technical roles in Airline's Technical Services or CAMO.Experience managing Aircraft Maintenance Programmes.Extensive knowledge of Regulations (EC) No. 2018/1139, (EU) No. 748/2012, (EU) No. 1321/2014, and (EU) No. 965/2012 and related regulations and procedures.Excellent English.Ability to work independently, manage multiple concurrent projects and initiatives in a cross-functional environment.Ability to simplify complex processes and write procedures.Ability to communicate data / KPI based results.Ability to travel required.Preferred Qualifications & Skills Knowledge of other regulations such as FAA, ENAC, and UK CAA is valued.Airbus and Boeing Gen Fam Courses.Position Type
