Responsibilities:Lead and manage the Demand & Supply Planning team to ensure maximum delivery performance towards customers and an adequate level of inventories in raw materials and finished goods & packaging materials.Inventory Management - Monitoring and control and definition of replenishment methodologies according to ABC and Service Class category of each material.Foster & drive continuous improvement towards excellence in inventory management and planning processes.Full compliance with Freudenberg and Klüber safety and environmental protection standards and local regulations.Coordination of planning activities with other KLI departments, especially Sales, Customer Service, Purchasing, Production, Logistics, and Quality Control.Lead and support actively Lean-OPEX (Operational Excellence) projects and initiatives.Recruitment, training, and development of new staff.Coordination with global functions for planning topics: product relocations, customer forecasts, phase-in/phase-out of products, FMEAs, standards, etc.Benchmark and share best practices within EPN and global networks.Coordination, regular communication, support, and empowerment of the Demand & Supply Planning team. Qualifications:Business Administration / Engineering / Supply Chain Management degree required.APICS CPIM certifications or equivalent preferred.Lean-Six Sigma Green / Black Belt education is desired.SAP Key User required (SD, MM, PP).Excel / Power BI power user.Knowledge of Inventory Optimization / Forecasting tools.Language: High level of English, Spanish mandatory. German welcome.Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Operations, Inventory Management, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and/or Forecasting required.Project Leader of Technical / Strategic projects within Supply Chain area using Lean Six Sigma methodologies and tools is desired.Experience in international environments - Multinational company experience.Experience in leading teams.Skills: Used to work in international professional networks, results-oriented, team building, strategic & forward-thinking, positive attitude, out-of-the-box thinking, supportive & motivational, synthesis & presentation/communication skills.
