We Are Hiring: Offshore Construction Manager Our client, a leading company in the Oil & Gas industry, is looking for an Offshore Construction Manager for assignments on offshore vessels. Responsibilities : Oversee construction activities aboard the assigned offshore vessel, ensuring effective coordination of all relevant vessel departments and collaborating with the Master for marine operations. Ensure deadlines are met, productivity is maximized, costs are minimized, and quality and safety standards (QHSE) are maintained. Lead and motivate the crew in implementing HSE policies, ensuring that all activities are carried out safely. Manage work schedules, optimize the use of materials, equipment, and human resources. Represent the Project Manager in front of the Client on board and handle contractual matters, schedule changes, and variations. Facilitate the mobilization/demobilization of personnel and equipment efficiently and cost-effectively. Promote clear communication between all vessel departments and stakeholders. Ensure the continuous implementation of technical and organizational improvements to minimize risks. Mandatory Requirements : Previous experience as 2nd Assistant (junior supervisor) and 1st Assistant (senior supervisor). Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Offshore Construction Manager .
