As an Office Security Lead at Yolo Group, you'll drive our global physical office security strategy, leading the development and implementation of security measures for both current and future office locations. You'll oversee security operations, ensuring our offices are protected with robust, proactive policies, and work closely with Property, Workplace Experience, Cybersecurity, and People teams to unify effective security practices across all sites. Your work will be essential in safeguarding our assets and supporting Yolo Group's growth in the iGaming and technology sectors. ?? Your daily tasks will be Develop and implement a company-wide physical security strategy for all offices, ensuring it is scalable as the company grows; Align security measures with company values and business priorities, and communicate these measures clearly to stakeholders, including the board of directors and keep them informed with security updates; Oversee access control systems to ensure the security of all office premises, adapting policies to meet the needs of each office location while maintaining a seamless experience for employees and visitors; Lead the development of risk-based security plans for each office, based on local conditions, operational needs, and the company's overall risk tolerance; Partner with the Property Team to coordinate physical security installations, including alarm systems, CCTV, entry systems, and other related infrastructure; Ensure physical security installations are in line with company policies and are functioning correctly across all offices; Work closely with the Workplace Experience Team to provide clear security guidelines, resources and training, ensuring they understand and effectively implement these across all locations; Periodically audit and review the effectiveness of security measures, making adjustments where needed; Oversee and maintain the company's guest and visitor access policies, ensuring that all systems governing visitor management (software, processes) are up to date, secure, and effectively implemented; Contribute to the development and ongoing review of fire safety, health & safety, and other relevant compliance policies; Organize yearly fire safety training and building evacuations; Ensure that security measures align with health and safety requirements and support the overall well-being of employees in all locations; Collaborate with key stakeholders across the business, including Cybersecurity, Property, Workplace Experience, People and IT teams, to ensure cohesive and aligned security operations; Foster a culture of security awareness within the company, ensuring that all employees are informed and engaged with the company's security policies. ?? What we expect from you 5 years of experience in a security management role, ideally in a multi-office or global setting; Proven experience developing and implementing physical security strategies; Experience working closely with senior stakeholders and managing security risks in diverse environments; Knowledge of modern access control systems such as Inner Range and door mobile access with phone apps; Understanding different types of door locks and where to use them, turnstiles and anti-passback systems; Knowledge of setting up cameras and video surveillance systems like XProtect; Knowledge of visitor management softwares; Experience conducting security audits, risk assessments, and developing scalable security frameworks; Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence cross-functional teams; Excellent organizational skills with a detail-oriented approach; Ability to manage security issues in a dynamic and growing environment; Understanding of health and safety regulations, fire safety policies, and other relevant compliance requirements; Willingness to travel as required to support global offices and manage security installations; Certifications such as Security Officer level 5 (Turvajuht tase 5 - ETEL), CPP (Certified Protection Professional), PSP (Physical Security Professional), or similar; Experience in coordinating security operations in both corporate and remote office environments.
