Managing Infraspeakers' day-to-day requests globally, from travel and resource bookings to special orders, perks, and events. Managing our Office in Barcelona (organize & inventory, events, equipment, accesses). Managing employee admission and dismissal processes. Managing contact with external entities (accounting service providers and others). Enlightening the team on salary processing topics or any other relevant process. Making sure all Infraspeakers have what they need to be at their best and perform better every day. Enabling our top management in their day-to-day operations. Making sure we have the coolest and most functional offices with a clear Infraspeak identity, regardless of their location and size. What do we expect from you?
