(CELTECH COLLEGE PAMPANGA Branch) is in urgent need of a highly qualified and committed Office of the Student Services and Alumni Affairs (OSSAA) Coordinator with details of his/her job descriptions summarized herein:DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESExecutes and periodically assesses plans and policies covering all aspects of the student services program.Coordinates with the Deans and Department Heads for the students' social and cultural development outside of the degree curriculum through students' activities, socio-cultural events, religious activities, students' organizations, recreation,and athletic competitions.Takes responsibility for broadening the socio-economic spectrum of the student services sector as a whole and/or its subdivision, ensuring responsiveness to the emerging non-academic needs of the students.Sets up and directs a system of evaluation and control to ensure that the student services sector as a whole and/or its subdivision are responsive to the emerging non-academic needs of the students.Exercises direct supervision and control over the activities of the officers assigned to different units of the student services program.Coordinates all student activities and services with the Administrators, Faculty, and students.Acts as overall coordinator and supervisor of all social, political, and cultural activities of the whole student population.Grants official recognition from the President to student organizations upon compliance with the requirements set by the school and the Commission on Higher Education (CHED)and Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA).Recommends the termination of any official recognition of any organization that has violated its approved constitution.Recommends to the Top Management for approval of an individual student or group of students to represent the school in non-academic and off-campus activities.Coordinates with the Academic Department Heads for student affairs and activities that may require the cancellation of classes and for other matters needing prior consultation with them.Supervises the Alumni Relations Office.Takes charge of the communication between the Alumni Association and the Administration.As provided in the approved strategies of the CLCST Alumni Relations Office:Produces listing of alumni.Organizes alumni chapters by college.Assists in the organization of provincial alumni chapters.Assists in the planning and coordination of alumni-related activities.Plans with the club officers and members the activities of the year in line with the aims and objectives of the organization.Encourages leadership among the club officers.Supervises the activities of the organization while fostering the initiative of the officers and members of student organizations#J-18808-Ljbffr
