This role will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the office, obtaining necessary permits and licenses, and handling all administrative tasks to support business operations.
The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with a deep understanding of Spain regulations and business practices.Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operationsHandle office supplies, equipment, and maintenance needsCoordinate with suppliers and service providersOrganize and maintain office records, files, and databasesObtain necessary permits, licenses, and approvals from relevant government entitiesMaintain compliance with local laws and regulations, ensuring the business operates within legal guidelinesOversee office space setup, including lease agreements, utilities, and general maintenanceEnsure health and safety standards are adhered to within the office environmentAct as a liaison between the company and local government agencies, regulatory bodies, and service providersCoordinate meetings, events, and other activities as neededManage internal communication regarding office policies and administrative updatesRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related fieldProven experience as an office manager or in a similar administrative role, with direct experience in SpainStrong knowledge of Spain government processes, permits, and licensingExcellent organizational and multitasking abilitiesFluent in Arabic and English, both written and spokenProficiency in office software (MS Office, Google Workspace, etc.
