Reliable payment solutions are the core of our journey.Your missionThe Office Manager plays a key role in creating a welcoming and efficient work environment where employees feel supported and valued. You will be the heartbeat of our office, ensuring that everything runs smoothly while fostering a positive atmosphere that inspires collaboration and productivity. Your attention to detail and passion for helping others will make you the go-to person for all office needs. With your warm and proactive approach, you will ensure that the office is not just a place to work but a space where people thrive and feel at home.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate the reception and dispatch of packages and orders.Track deliveries and manage the inventory of received supplies.Communicate with the administrative team for document management, payments, and other operational needs.Assist in organizing internal events and meetings.Oversee the proper functioning of the office's technical aspects (internet, electronic equipment, basic services).Report and coordinate necessary repairs or maintenance required at the office.Place orders for office supplies and grocery items.Collaborate with the accounting department to ensure accurate billing and record-keeping.Assist with administrative and operational tasks as needed.Provide support to different departments for daily tasks and special projects.Your profileExcellent communication and organizational skills.Experience with similar responsibilities.Advanced knowledge of office software (Word, Excel, etc.).Proactive attitude and problem-solving skills.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.Fluent in English and Spanish.Availability to work 11 a.m.–8 p.m.Why us?Friendly and supportive work environment, where we love playing table tennis, padel, and spending quality time together.Innovative office in a business hub of Barcelona (Poblenou district).Opportunities for personal growth and tackling diverse challenges.Monthly corporate lunches with the team in top-notch restaurants in the area.Gifts on your birthday and holidays.Complimentary hot drinks and fresh fruit/healthy snacks.Indefinite-term contract.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentApplication Question(s):¿Cuáles son tus expectativas salariales?¿Tienes permiso para trabajar en España?Language:Inglés (Required)Work Location: In person
