Within the Finance team based in Barcelona, he/she will be responsible for: Finance Responsibilities Preparing the payrolls with Payfit Creating the new contracts in Payfit Following up on the company rules with the Team members Employee expense management Controlling the company cars and expenses of the team All tasks that can help the finance team in achieving the objectives Coordinating with the team leaders of each department to validate holidays Office Life Internal communication with the Spain teams Communicating and overseeing workplace hazard prevention Creating company policies Improving employee relations Evaluating all H&R related topics in Spain and presenting possible improvements Overseeing the implementation of possible new ways of working in the H&R department Environment The Collectionist is a young, dynamic, and growing company with a lot of talent and a friendly working atmosphere.

Education 2 or 3 years of higher education.
