Possesses strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
Is fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written); knowledge of Scandinavian languages (e.g., Danish, Swedish, or Norwegian) is a significant advantage.
Key Responsibilities: As an Office Manager and Sales Coordinator , you will: Oversee daily office operations to ensure smooth workflow.
Support agents with property listings, contract preparation, and client data management.
Handle sales contracts, including reservation agreements and private purchase agreements.
Coordinate buyer and seller information and assist with notary documentation.
Organize filing systems and manage administrative processes.
Publish and update property listings on various real estate portals.
Create marketing materials and maintain the company's social media presence.
Manage phone calls, correspondence, and customer service inquiries.
Purchase office supplies and maintain office equipment.
Assist with newsletters and coordinate with partners such as lawyers, architects, and builders.
Perform additional operational tasks to ensure smooth office functioning.
