LET US Ibiza is a boutique real estate agency specializing in finding second homes for buyers across the globe. Due to high demand from our international clients, we are currently looking for an Office Manager (Allround). In this role, you will be the center of our team of 5 highly motivated women!
Make it happen! Your to-do list will be very diverse, stretching from administrative tasks, to marketing assistance and sales assistance. See below an example of responsibilities:
Administrative tasks / reconciliations / cost overviewsMarketing assistanceOffice management - Orders, events, opening/closingSales assistance - Open houses, preparing for viewings, coordinating with cleaners. After-sales support.What we will need from you:
Professional experience: at least three (3) years in any type of office management, customer sales, property management or rental business with a solid track recordSoftware: Experienced in working with e-mail, cloud platforms and Whatsapp. Preferably Excel as well.Languages: Fluency in Spanish and English is required.What should be part of your DNA:
