Descripción de la publicación:**Office Coordinator - Valencia Office****About the role**The main role of the Office Coordinator will be responsible for the smooth running of the facilities in Spain and assisting with the engagement of the team**What will you do**- Ensure the office is well-organized, fully stocked and equipped and provides a safe working environment.- Organize, manage, review and improve external services such as courier, facilities, building maintenance, suppliers, cleaning.- Provide coverage of smaller offices as they appear (Sevilla currently) and assistance with remote working employees- Supporting and organizing internal events- Schedules logistics, equipment set-up, catering requirements,breakdown/clean-up for all corporate events.- Collaborate with the HR department in- Help with the Onboarding and cultivation internal processes, internal communication, Health and safety, interviews coordination, and trainings actions**Who we are looking for**- English and Spanish upper level (B2-C1)- Education studies of administration or secretariat- Essential advanced PC based software skills and proficient user in Google suite- Valuable experience of 1 year of experience in the tasks mentioned**Skills**:- Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills in order to work with customers and all levels of employees.- Interest for technology and tech environments- Strong organizational and time management skills.- Ability to build position and productive working relationships with all employees.- Handles situations with poise, understanding, and tact.- Ability to use problem-solving and advanced judgment skills to make decisions in situations where there are no established procedures.- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.- Displays service-oriented mentality and responds to customer's needs with a sense of urgency.- Ability to work cross-functionally, displaying a high level of motivation and enthusiasm for tasks.- Ability to coordinate multiple projects, prioritize workload and effectively manage to change priorities with accuracy, responsiveness, flexibility and a "can-do" attitude in a demanding environment.LI-PG1 #J-18808-Ljbffr
