What You'll Do: As part of the Criteo Workplace team (WP), the Workplace Coordinator (France), will be part of a team and develop, focusing on soft services, while working side by side with vendors, partners (landlords) to ensure smooth day-to-day operations in our Barcelona office.
This is a position that requires a high-level of Service Attitude, Communication and Negotiation skills.
This role is ideal for an ambitious workplace coordinator looking to work in a very dynamic and international environment whilst developing their skills in people concierge, budgetary involvement and innovation & creative incentives and flexible ways of working.

What you'll do; (below is not an exhaustive list) Reporting into Workplace Manager: you'll help oversee Workplace operations for our Barcelona office Partner with the other Workplace coordinators & managers in EMEA for Workplace to run the offices, maintain and develop relationships with Criteos to understand their expectations and keep an open communication at all times whilst delivering company objectives, implementing new technologies and procedures, and creating a space where Criteos can create their best work at all times.
Help take responsibility for day to day office services and collaborate & work alongside/ direct all inhouse vendors, (technicians team/ cleaning) and help lead your partners (greetings, Hospitality for guests and employees, janitorial, maintenance, MyCriteo ticketing, resolution, etc.).
Act as interface to the all stakeholders to ensure world class services provided in WP's contribution Assist with organization of events (both internal & external), coordinate all logistics details (security, building access, room setup, catering.)
Manage last minute changes and ensure smooth execution on the ground for all teams involved – usually larger scale events where you'd partner with Internal Events.
Maintain accurate floor plan and allocate desk space to teams (e.g.
new starters) via Office Space (space planning tool) and co-ordinate any office moves whilst updating Mapiq (desk booking tool) Be the WP face to our internal customers in Barcelona - be approachable for questions and comments from employees and react appropriately to queries raised.
Facilitate communication and WP's brand between the Criteo offices Coordinate integration of new employees into the Criteo life.
Help drive the Change Management and cultural Onboarding.
Monitor and ensure consistent work processes and high service levels across locations Assist with the co-ordination of facilities for all new starters (desk allocation, security cards) Ensure all staff and visitors are adequately informed and trained about health and safety standards both on joining the company and thereafter Support business partners across the company (local & global) when applicable in a complex and multicultural organization Sometimes if needed help & work with Workplace Manager to manage both Capex & Opex budgets Help execute offices renovation plans as needed Act as a role model at all times Prepare shipments/pick ups for the employees' first/last day Purchase and keep track of office snacks/inventory Office supplies replenishment Booking and setting up meeting rooms when requested Locker assignment to employees Supplier orders and tracking Who You Are: Proactive and very positive attitude.
Attention to details High dedication to customer service and hospitality Organizational, high degree of initiative, self-motivation skills Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks, work flexibly under tight deadlines understanding and competencies Knowledges of Health & Safety local compliancy is a plus Excellent written and verbal communication highly articulated and polished Fluent in English and Spanish Qualifications Experienced in customer service & problem solving Practice in managing vendors and driving quality audits Ability to build and track budget through forecasts Strong computer Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint basics).
