The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative assistance, handling communication and telephone, operating office equipment, ordering supplies, and utilising writing, marketing and clerical skills to support the office's daily operations across from the Marbella Club Hotel on the Marbella Golden Mile.RequirementsThe ideal candidate will need to be completely bilingual in English and Spanish, with excellent written English, including demonstrating the following:-Excellent written and spoken English and a high level of SpanishFriendly individual with a superb work ethic and team mentalityExcellent phone etiquette and communication skillsAbility to offer a high level of administrative assistance and clerical skillsDeveloped computer skills and ability to adapt to new systemsStrong organisational and multitasking abilitiesAttention to detail and problem-solving skillsExperience in a similar role in the real estate industry is a plusAnother language would also be highly desirable.ResponsibilitiesAnswer phones and direct calls with a positive attitude and an energetic work ethicEnter our new listings in the system, assist in writing descriptions and marketing materialProvide office guests with a hospitable experienceAssist in handling office requests for dial-ins, conference rooms, travel requests, etc.Order office supplies and manage suppliesWorking with the team to make sure everything runs smoothlyQualificationsProficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and SpanishAbility to multi-task, organise, and prioritise workExperience working in a busy office environment is a plusInterested individuals, please send a cover letter and CV to ******
