Short description of the type of ninja we need:
Team player Energetic & agile Hands-on - you try everything Fast learner & dynamic Responsibilities Give full support to the Office Manager with their daily tasks, like coordinate on maintenance of space, manage office supplies stocks, reception, deliveries and shipments, etc.. and be their backup when on Holidays. Support the Executive Team and Founders of the company offering PA services: manage their calendars, organize their travel arrangements, and handle their ad-hoc requests. Organise Off-sites: book accommodations, transport (flights, trains, rental cars), restaurants, merchadise, etc.. Run basic admin tasks: such as expense reports, budget reports, presenting invoices, and filing.  Handle confidential information with discretion and ensure privacy and security measures are maintained. Give support on planning and organising in-house or off-site activities, like afterwork events, company trips, celebrations and conferences.  Professional level of English and Spanish. Ideally up to 2 years experience in similar roles (startups will be a plus). Excellent interpersonal skills and keen eye for detail. Problem Solver with a can-do attitude. Be able to work with highly confidential information and handle sensitive matters with discretion. This is an office based position.  Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities according to needs. Be proficient in using common office software, such as Microsoft Office and Google Suite. Ability to anticipate problems, offer solutions and work under pressure. Be a great team player and show willingness to learn and develop skills. Previous experience with event management (will be a plus). Flexible to adapt to the job's needs: sometimes work outside normal working hours and do different tasks. Permanent contract. Flexible Bank Holidays.
