This is a part time position; 7.hours a day, three days a week; 22.hours weekly total.Per our J&J; Flex Policy, the expectation for this position is to work in the Toronto office location 2 days per week and work remotely from home 1 day per week.Remote work options may be considered on a case-by-case basis and if approved by the Company.At Johnson & Johnson, we believe health is everything.Our strength in healthcare innovation empowers us to build a world where complex diseases are prevented,treated, and cured, where treatments are smarter and less invasive, and solutions are personal.Through our expertise in Innovative Medicine and MedTech, we are uniquely positioned to innovate across the full spectrum of healthcare solutions today to deliver the breakthroughs of tomorrow, and profoundly impact health for humanity.Learn more at https://www.nj.om/.In this role you will act as the single point of contact responsible for the administration and coordination of the Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S; ) Office and Road Safety(SAFE FLEET) program in Canada.You will work closely with the EH&S; Canada Manager along with internal and external partners to carry out the core elements of the program.You will be required to continuously monitor multiple data points to ensure commercial risks are mitigated and that the programs are following local regulations and J&J; policy.Key Responsibilities.Support management of the SAFE FLEET program relationships with both internal and external customers.Act as a single point of contact for employees with program questions or concerns and support 'Drive Safe' initiatives.Coordinate all processes and program elements, through coordination with the Canadian SAFE FLEET Champions and EH&S; Manager, Canada, for all office and field employees.Participate and manage other North American special projects as the need arises.Implement and monitor compliance elements for fleet and office employees and manage the escalation process in a timely manner.Manage purchase orders for external vendors related to the office and road safety programs.Ensure data accuracy and validity by maintaining the monthly metrics, dashboards, and other analytic tools.Qualifications Education.A two-year college degree is required; advanced degree, preferred.Experience and Skills.Required.Minimum of two (2)years of experience in an administrative role.Familiarity with administrative processes supporting a large group of employees.Strong knowledge of data and analytics; with an intermediate understanding of Excel including Pivot Tables charts, and VLOOKUP's.Experience in facilitating and delivering training material to large groups of people
