Within our IT Development department, we have competence centers in Madrid and Ostend.You will be part of the IT Development team in Madrid, which consists of 50 people (internal & external) along with an offshore team. The group is young and dynamic, fostering a good team spirit and open communication. We implement innovative IT solutions for our 7500+ Daikin colleagues across Europe & the Middle East.We are looking to add a new colleague in the Office 365 Consultant role (with a technical background but currently working on the business side as a project manager/consultant).Main Functions / Responsibilities:Act as the solution owner for our centralized EMEA intranet, low-code development platform, and various collaborative applications.Gain a comprehensive understanding of our current Collaboration Platform and assess potential improvements.Develop next year's strategy and translate it into a roadmap, focusing on innovation and business cases.Act as the Project Manager for various international projects within the collaboration area.Analyze & implement IT & business requirements in collaboration with Business and IT colleagues.Promote the Collaboration area within our EMEA organization using a clear and user-friendly approach.Supervise IT change requests executed by our implementation partner and assist in 3rd line IT support (limited).Explore future evolutions within your area of expertise with data-driven analyses.Profile Requirements:Master's degree in Engineering, IT, or Economy.At least 4 years of experience in a similar position.Experience with SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Power Apps, Power Automate, and tools like Nintex and ShareGate.Technical background with current experience in a business role (project manager/consultant).Interest in recent IT evolutions and technologies.Experience with SharePoint Cloud.Main Skills Needed:Analytical and innovative spirit with a focus on growth.Solution-oriented mindset and drive for continuous improvement.Self-discipline to create and follow a plan.Team player with good relationship-building skills.Strong communication skills and confidence in presenting.Willingness to travel to Daikin group companies in EMEA.Proficient in English
