ISGlobal is accredited with the Severo Ochoa distinction, a seal of excellence of the Spanish Science Ministry.LugarBarcelona, Campus MarWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FORISGlobal is looking for a predoctoral researcher to work in the SUSTAIN-MOBILISE-D project, a 2-year private-public consortium aiming to measure and validate digital mobility outcomes in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease, and hip fracture.MAIN DUTIES AND TASKSPerform statistical analysis of clinical cohort data of people with neurological and respiratory diseases.Perform statistical analysis of high-resolution mobility data (e.G., body sensors data).Interpret and discuss the results with other SUSTAIN-MOBILISE-D members.Provide statistical support to the researchers of the team.Participate in protocol writing and statistical analysis plan elaboration.SECONDARY TASKSContribute to data cleaning and management.Contribute to scientific publications, reports, and grant applications.TRAINING AND EXPERIENCEDegree in Biostatistics, Biomedicine, or similar.Training in Biostatistics and Bioinformatics.Experience in biomedical data analysis.Experience in neurologic or respiratory diseases.Experience in R and Python will be an asset.SKILLSTeam player, yet capable of working autonomously; rational thinker.The post holder will adhere to ISGlobal principles contained in the People management policy, including equity, diversity, and health safety.
