The Barcelona Institute for Global Health (ISGlobal) is a cutting-edge institute that addresses global public health challenges through research, policy translation, and education. He/she should have:Experience in the field of cooperation, development, and global health project management.Multitasking ability, feeling comfortable in high-level political, scientific, and social contexts, as well as in daily technical and management work.High work capacity and skills to prioritize multiple tasks with minimal supervision.Ability to analyze, write, and make presentations.RESPONSIBILITIESManage the assigned activities of the Development Department, under the direct supervision of the department Coordinator and the general supervision of the Director of Global Development.MAIN TASKSSupervise the execution, monitoring, and periodic reporting of active projects within the department.Contribute to the formulation of new projects for submission to local, regional, national, and international grant calls (European and international organizations).Support the formulation of new scientific projects in the technical area of ISGlobal, contributing to proposals related to community development, influence on policies, knowledge management, citizen awareness, etc.Supervise compliance with the SDG Corporate Strategy through the execution of its annual action plans.Support the Policy and Development management in managing participation commitments, both in preparation of documentation and review of content, and representing ISGlobal when requested.TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONSDegree or master's degree in social science, political science, law, health, or similar sciences.Experience of at least 3-5 years in the development cooperation sector.Experience linked to the implementation of the 2030 Agenda is an asset.Languages: Spanish, English, Catalan (knowledge of French will be highly valued).CONDITIONSDuration: One year, with the possibility of extension.Contract: Full time.Salary range: Gross annual salary of between 25,000€ and 30,000€ divided into 12 monthly payments, to be agreed according to the candidate's experience and profile.Hybrid work: 2/3 days from the Barcelona office + teleworking. A Psychological Competency Evaluation Test will be required for structural or transversal positions.In accordance with the OTM-R principles, a gender-balanced recruitment panel is formed for every vacancy at the beginning of the process. After reviewing the content of the applications, the panel will start the interviews, with at least one technical and one administrative interview.
