The person who joins will report to the Head of People and Culture and will collaborate in initiatives to attract talent - Employer Branding - and in initiatives for the development and loyalty of talent, supporting the deployment of action plans for the development of knowledge and skills necessary to ensure business growth and key people.The person responsible for People and Culture Development will contribute to the success of the organization by ensuring that we have a highly qualified and committed team, and will support the deployment of plans that will promote a corporate culture aligned with our purpose and values.Talent Management and DevelopmentManagement of career plans: support the identification and development of people with the greatest growth potential and collaborate in the definition of individual development plans based on growth opportunities within the company.Training and Development: Identify, together with business managers, training needs and coordinate technical, skills and leadership training programs.Talent Loyalty: Develop and apply strategies to retain talent.Communication and Corporate CultureWork Environment: Monitor the work environment and develop action plans that foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning.Employer Branding: Implement Employer Branding policies together with the company's communications manager.Processes and PoliciesOnboarding: Supervise the integration process of new employees to ensure a positive employee experience from their incorporation.Policies and Procedures: Help complement and improve human resources policies and procedures.Support for Managers: Advise and support current managers in the management and development of their teams' talent.Innovation and Continuous ImprovementInnovation: Keep up to date with best practices in people management and apply innovations that improve human resources processes and policies.Continuous Improvement: Promote continuous improvement in all aspects of talent management and corporate culture.Minimum RequirementsUniversity degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in people development or human resources management roles.Excellent communication and leadership skills.In-depth knowledge of best practices in talent management and organizational development.Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities.Bilingual Spanish and English language.French being additionally valued.Location: Getafe, Madrid #J-18808-Ljbffr
