The role designed for you:
In this role, based in Sant Gregori or Barberà del Vallès, you will report to the Head of Product Management Rolls and you will conduct product evaluation, analysis and introduction, demand assessment, market and competition studies, identification of new business opportunities, define strategic positioning and life cycle, in order to monitor results to achieve goals and objectives.
You will support in sales inquiries, including maintaining information in CRM and product master database tools.
You will maintain the Technical Product Data Sheet, ensuring all information is current, accurate, and updated on intranet/internet.
You will follow up production trials, ensuring correct timings.
You will co-own a product portfolio and life cycle management.
You will support Supply Chain initiatives on the reduction of ineffective stock.
You will coordinate the Product disposition process.
You will update Product value proposition on sales support channels.
You will provide Product sales codes development and support.
You will assist in the bidding process, including financial analysis and product recommendation.
You will perform financial follow-up of current pipelines of tailored products.
You will increase customer responsiveness by achieving a 24-hour average response time on product inquiries and consolidating the product portfolio among all companies in the FSA Business Unit and future M&A.
The attitudes and skills we're looking for:
You have Marketing, Business, or Engineering studies.
You are a self-starter with excellent people and project management skills, able to drive projects to conclusion and work effectively with a variety of people at various levels within the company.
You have demonstrated ability to manage/lead multiple projects and programs simultaneously.
You set high standards & pace and are accountable.
You are analytically strong – can develop differential insights on the market/business.
You have a strong customer service orientation and focus on markets & competitors.
You are a relationship builder with a can-do mindset and high energy.
You can work in English and Spanish/Italian.
