DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and implement workforce management strategies, policies, and procedures to meet business objectivesForecast staffing needs to ensure operational demands are met with the right talentManage scheduling processes using tools like UKG – Virtual Roster, Pit Manager, and Turnstiles softwareMonitor workforce data, identify trends, and recommend improvements in staffing and shift patternsCollaborate with internal departments to align workforce management with business goalsLead, coach, and motivate workforce management and business intelligence teamsProvide regular reports on staffing, labor costs, overtime, and employee satisfaction to senior managementManage the workforce management budget efficientlyDrive continuous improvement and best practices across workforce management processesDevelop and implement training programs for the workforce management teamBuild productive relationships with senior leaders and external partnersEnsure compliance with company policies and standards and report any violations.REQUIREMENTS: Minimum of 3 years of experience in same / similar roleProficiency in English (written and verbal).
