Position:FP&A/Finance Business PartnerLocation:North of Spain, close to País VascoLeading multinational in the industrial/manufacturing sector is looking for a FP&A/Finance Business Partner for its factory located in the North of Spain, close to País Vasco.
The department Operations Controlling ensures the business partner function for the production sites of the Group and for the supply chain department.
The candidate coordinates the work of the plant controllers in the different manufacturing sites and is responsible for the controlling closing processes at month end in the respective operations area.You will also be responsible for driving and consolidating the planning activities (rolling forecast, LE, budget).Key Responsibilities:Financial Business Partner for the Operations Manufacturing network heads and site heads.Responsible for the monthly presentation and commenting of the COGS and gross margin.Participation in project teams and due diligence as representative of finance and implication in review of business cases to cover the COGS.Coordination and consolidation of forecast and budget for the operations area and generation of planning assumptions in collaboration with logistics and procurement.Preparation of (sections of) presentations for the executive management board and audit committee.Continuously assess and improve financial planning, reporting, and analysis processes and platforms to enhance efficiency and accuracy.Monitor and analyze financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions as needed.Ad-hoc analysis and participation in projects in multifunctional teams.Salary Package:Around 70,000 - 85,000 euros fixed salary + bonus + fringe benefits.
