My client is a leading Web3 protocol with a strong reputation. They are pioneers in their field and are building out their product marketing team from scratch. We are therefore seeking an experienced Head of Ecosystem Marketing (m/f/d) to spearhead global growth.
Responsibilities: Spearhead all ecosystem marketing efforts from strategy to execution, supporting events, product launches, feature updates, competitive & partner marketing initiatives.
Collaborate closely with internal and external teams (Growth, Product, the broader Design/Comms/Events Marketing team) to align marketing initiatives with the priorities of the ecosystem, ensuring a unified approach, consistent messaging, and ultimately helping to drive awareness, engagement, and growth across developer segments.
Leverage your deep understanding of industry trends & developer needs to represent and account for the voice of the ecosystem as products & features are developed and brought to market.
Create compelling product messaging, collateral, and campaigns utilized for cross-channel growth (digital, social, events).
Qualifications: Top100 Marketcap project experience, ideally at a Layer1 or Layer2.
Accomplished technical marketer with 8+ years of relevant experience developing successful ecosystem & product marketing strategies.
A deep understanding of the motivations and needs of existing & interested web3 audiences.
Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to marketing tactics and execution.
Expert at multi-channel marketing and growth strategies, specifically in early-stage and high-growth organizations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a variety of audiences.
Adept at driving marketing strategies that target & engage different developer communities.
