PageGroup SSC - Leading the execution of tenders, supplier qualification, appraisal and supplier due diligence.
- Head up the negotiation of both commercial and overall contractual terms and conditions with suppliers to achieve optimal position.
- Establish and ongoing management of designated category plan(s) and supporting senior stakeholders with the development and implementation of assigned category plan(s).
- Monitoring ongoing supplier performance and managing the resolution of issues/disputes and concerns appropriately inline with Group Vendor Management policy and process.
- Conducting in depth category, market and supplier research and analysis to identify opportunities to engage new suppliers to improve price, product innovation or service.
- Contract management - managing contracts appropriately from a commercial point of view as well as ensuring timely renewals of existing contracts.
- Provision of financial support for cost forecasting and budget generation.
- Risk management, ensuring supplier risk is appropriately identified and managed with stakeholders.
- Contributing to the overall Group Procurement and Vendor Management team target of delivering savings and values across PageGroup in line with overall company strategy.
- Setting up and leading internal workshops (e.g. requirements gathering, facilitating evaluations) required to support internal business case development.
- Setting up and running client reference calls as appropriate.
- Partnering with other areas of the company (e.g. Finance, HR, Business Technology (IT), Marketing) to confirm requirements.
- Perform any other tasks deemed appropriate and assigned by line manager.
- Barcelona office based with the expectation of 2-3 days in the office and available to travel across the EU or globally if required to meet with suppliers or internal stakeholders.

Profile requirements: No formal qualifications required for this role, although a relevant bachelor's degree and 5-7 years related procurement experience in a global business is preferred.
