Bachelor's degree in education, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Proven experience as a General Manager or in a senior leadership role within the education sector, with a focus on turning around underperforming institutions.
Familiarity with vocational education and training.
Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English (C1), including the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Experience leading successful organizational change.
