ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with academic teams to enhance and modernize vocational training programs, ensuring alignment with industry standards and market demands.Foster innovation in teaching methodologies to improve employee engagement and outcomes.Develop and implement a comprehensive turnaround strategy to enhance the overall performance and reputation of the vocational project.Provide visionary leadership to inspire and motivate staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.Analyze and evaluate the project's financial health, identifying areas for improvement and implementing cost-effective measures.Implement best practices in student enrollment, scheduling, and resource utilization.Implement student support programs to enhance retention and success.Work towards obtaining and maintaining industry certifications and accreditations.Minimum RequirementsBachelor's degree in education, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).Proven experience as a General Manager or in a senior leadership role within the education sector, with a focus on turning around underperforming institutions.Familiarity with vocational education and training.Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English (C1), including the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.Experience leading successful organizational change.Based: Madrid
