In this role, among other tasks, you will:Investigate and clear outstanding items in bank reconciliations; Identify returned payments to our accounts and ensure timely refunds to customers; Support the Customer Care team with investigations for customer queries related to payments; Administer user access requests for third-party (banking/payment) provider platforms; Conduct access rights audits to ensure user rights align with roles and seniority; Assist with other daily payment and settlement tasks to identify process improvements and potential risks; Monitor all paymententries real-time and investigate/resolve discrepancies, suspicious activities and discrepancies; Participate in ad-hoc projects or tasks; Respond to all kinds of Requests for Information (RFIs) from beneficiary banks.We will look for you to have the following:Strong written and verbal communication skills, both in English and Spanish; A can-do attitude and customer-centric approach; Great problem-solving skills; Ability to learn quickly and take a self-learner approach; Intermediate level in using MS Office products; Understanding of SEPA payments scheme and related processes; Previous experiencein payments reconciliation related role within a bank or financial services provider would be an advantage.Either a degree or an equivalent work experience in business administration, business operations, finance or other related field will be needed.#J-18808-Ljbffr
