Acertto Talent Linkers is a consultancy firm specializing in the recruitment and selection of qualified professionals at national and European level.Currently, we're hiring a Product Development Manager for a multinational company in the seeds industry within the R&D department.Main Responsibilities:Implement the newest techniques for accelerated breeding and trait integration programs for seed crops, while running all operations in the Product Acceleration Facility.Design and implement highly efficient workflows, combining different accelerated breeding techniques (planting, sampling, speed, and molecular breeding).Improve and implement standard operating procedures.Coordinate with key stakeholders in the planning process for the optimal use and efficiency of the facilities.Establish seamless operations guaranteeing high success rates and timely deliveries for customers.Coordinate and monitor KPIs while working with an international team in close collaboration among departments.Minimum Requirements:Degree in Agriculture, Biology, Genetics, or Biotechnology.+3 years of experience in R&D within the seed industry.Experience with nursery activities and fast-breeding or trait integration procedures.Experience with greenhouse management and pollination.Professional level of English and Spanish is a must.Knowledge of agronomic and operational management of field nurseries.Excellent leadership and communication skills.Valued Qualifications:Experience with nursery activities and fast-breeding or trait integration procedures.Master's or Doctoral degree in plant breeding, genetics, or plant biology.Practical experience in molecular-marker analysis interpretation.Offered:Competitive salary and bonus.Company vehicle for professional and personal use.Career projection within a multinational company.At Acertto Talent Linkers, we are committed to equal opportunities.
