.Nature and Aim of the PositionThe Strategy and Project Business Partner supports the Country Managing Director to advise and coordinate the implementation of the local strategy.
This role has two primary functions: assisting with the ongoing strategy process and serving as Project Manager for initiatives resulting from the new strategy of the group.Main Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe Strategy and Project Business Partner is responsible for aligning project management with business strategy execution and for the timely implementation and delivery of assigned projects and/or processes.Strategy Business PartnerIn coordination with the CM, he will lead the development of the country from the concept phase through the transition to operations using a combination of analytical, project management, change management, facilitation, and business management expertise.
This involves understanding the organization's current strategy, what has been tried in the past, and what it will be in the future.The Strategy and Project Business Partner will:Play a critical role in analyzing and evaluating internal business plans and providing a framework for assuring alignment, identifying gaps across various business areas.Help track competitive trends, develop forecasting models and scenario analysis, examine strategic performance, spot emerging market opportunities, identify business threats, look for novel strategic solutions, and develop creative action plans.Ensure group and sales strategies, policies, and applicable laws are fully respected.Build and maintain excellent relationships with mainly internal organizations and support the Country organization.Work with sales, operations teams, and the rest of the organization to get support, define priorities, coordinate activities, and obtain relevant information for business management.Prepare and contribute to the country budget, forecast, monthly sales comment, strategic business reviews, and other relevant business documents/presentations.Project ManagementContinuously improve, implement, and execute the GB process, including project planning.
The holder of this position will:Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders, report, and hand over to the business.Undertake necessary business initiatives and work out decisions needed to achieve assigned objectives, catch opportunities, minimize risk exposure, and improve the quality of the team organization.Ensure high-quality execution of one-time projects and/or process changes within the business-as-usual organization to ensure smooth processing and reporting.Monitor project schedules, budgets, analyze, and log information.Establish regular policies, procedures, and training material and secure up-to-date material.Relates and Cooperates Mainly WithThe holder of the position reports solid-line to the Country Managing Director and collaborates with all the commercial teams locally as well as COO South Europe.
