The newly formed Creative team at Quantexa is looking for a detail-oriented, multi-faceted Production Designer for the market activation of our brand. You will work with the Creative Studio and Marketing team to build our brand assets and deploy marketing programs in the form of print and digital activations. Outstanding attention to detail, design sense, can-do attitude, lightning speed, and exemplary work ethic are absolute musts. What you'll be doing. This is a hands-on role focusing largely on production & execution of print and digital assets for external-facing projects (campaigns, social, GTM initiatives), events (live, virtual, hybrid) and product marketing (editorial design and presentations). Executes a high volume of marketing deliverables catered to the EMEA, US and APAC audiences providing general production support as needed for materials like ads, collateral, presentations, event booths, etc. Work with the Creative Studio to help set and push the production quality bar through consistency and testing while getting stuff done. Other duties as assigned by management—this could include operational and tactical tasks like interfacing with external vendors, file organization, etc. Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with rapidly shifting priorities. Requirements What you'll bring. Experienced in print, digital and slideware production. Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop). Figma Experience is preferred but not required. Fluency in PowerPoint, working knowledge of Word and Excel. Basic animation skills are preferred but not required. Previous experience working in B2B or agencies. Must be comfortable and receptive of feedback, and quick to edit as needed. Must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment. Thinks of and gets stuff done. Detail oriented, well organized, strong problem-solving skills. Proficiency in English.
