OEM PROJECT LEAD Department: Engineering.
Your role: The Battery Cell OEM Project Lead is responsible for overseeing the development, integration, and delivery of battery cell projects with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) partners.
This role involves managing project timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring all technical and quality standards are met.
The Project Lead will act as the main point of contact between the company and its OEM partners, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and compliance with industry regulations.
Main functions: Project Planning and Management Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure project milestones are achieved.
Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely delivery.
Stakeholder Management Serve as the primary liaison between the company and OEM partners.
Facilitate clear communication and collaboration among all stakeholders.
Keep stakeholders informed of project status, risks, and issues.
Provide technical guidance to project teams.
Collaborate closely with R&D, Process Engineering, Quality, and other stakeholders to align process development efforts with organizational goals.
Ensure that all project deliverables meet technical specifications and quality standards.
Address and resolve technical issues promptly.
Risk Management Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Implement contingency plans as needed.
Continuous Improvement Initiatives Drive continuous improvement initiatives across different processes to ensure all deliverables meet quality and regulatory standards.
Implement best practices and methodologies to enhance process efficiency, product quality, and yield.
Reporting and Documentation Ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
Maintain detailed project documentation, including plans, reports, and records.
Prepare and present regular status reports to senior management.

OEM Project Lead must have minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the Automotive or battery cell manufacturing industry.
Also, experience with new product introduction (NPI) process and development validation activities Regarding education:Master Degree in Engineering, preferably in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or similar will be requested.
Additional trainings as training or certification in Project Management or related fields will be a plus.
Fluent in English and other European languages are advantageous.
