Workload: 100%Implementing a Business Process Management (BPM) structure at Axpo will drive efficiency, standardization, and continuous improvement across the organization. By leveraging a data-driven approach, we aim to optimize processes, foster ongoing enhancement, and achieve measurable outcomes aligned with Axpo's strategic objectives.What you will do: Map out workflows, simulate scenarios, and identify improvements for BPM integration.Create insightful data visualizations and reports to communicate findings.Work with data from various sources to provide insights and support decision-making.Maintain accurate BPMN models representing business processes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making.What you bring & who you are: Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field; BPMN 2.0 certification preferred.2-4 years of hands-on Data Analytics experience; 2+ years of SQL experience.Proficiency in Python, R, or other programming languages.Experience in process modeling with DSLs such as BPMN.Strong analytical and presentation skills with a focus on process improvement.Fluency in English; additional languages like German, Spanish, or Italian are a plus.About the team: The Operational Excellence team at Axpo EMEA is committed to fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
