Cooperate to fulfill Client's business account planParticipate in communications with Client's and provide updates to the ProjectCoordinate development and delivery of action plans with the Teams in order to assure expected project performance and KPI deliveryControl and compliance of individual Performance Improvement PlansLead weekly meetings with management team focused on Team Performance and follow up on action itemsManage any escalations received from stakeholdersCoordinate with management team weekly/monthly/quarterly business review preparation and presentationPerform 1-on-1s with management team with regular feedback and follow up on actionsPerform yearly appraisals with management teamWe'll be a great match if you:
