As the SDR Team Lead for France, you will take on a pivotal role in leading and developing the sales development team focused on the French market. You will Lead and Develop the TeamManage, mentor, and inspire the SDR team to achieve lead generation targets and KPIs.Provide ongoing coaching and training to enhance the team's prospecting, communication, and qualification skills.Strategic Planning and ExecutionDesign and implement effective sales development strategies tailored to the French market.Align SDR goals with broader sales and marketing objectives to ensure seamless collaboration.Pipeline ManagementOversee the qualification of leads to ensure a consistent and high-quality pipeline for the sales team.Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with marketing to refine lead generation campaigns and improve targeting for the French market.Partner with sales leadership to provide feedback and ensure alignment on priorities and strategies.Process OptimizationIdentify and implement process improvements to increase team efficiency and effectiveness.Leverage tools and technologies to optimize prospecting workflows and reporting.LanguagesFrench proficiency (native or fluent).English proficiency.What We Are Looking ForExperience3+ years of experience in sales development or a similar role, with at least 1 year in a leadership position.Proven success in managing and developing SDR teams to achieve ambitious targets.Sales SkillsStrong understanding of outbound prospecting strategies, lead qualification, and sales pipelines.Experience working with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement platforms.Leadership and CommunicationAbility to inspire and motivate a team, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.Analytical and Strategic ThinkingProficiency in analyzing performance metrics and using data to drive decision-making.Strategic mindset with the ability to adapt to the unique needs of the French market.Problem-Solving and AdaptabilityStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.ToolsCorporate Tools: Salesforce, Office 365, Slack.Sales Enablement Tools: Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.About us
