This is a senior individual contributor role with no team, who will play a critical role in shaping the future of our organization.Your responsibilities will include:Methodology & Tools:Design and own Change Man (CM) & Org Design (OD) methodology and toolsBuild capabilities around CM & OD methodologies across P&O, PMs & Leaders, Global Change Agents NetworkCommunication & continuous improvement of OD methodology & toolsOrganizational Health / Diagnostics:Design org health approach for the organization & conduct org health diagnostics periodicallyPublish org health reports & recommendations with units / functionsPartner with functions / units on necessary actions based on org health KPIsGlobal / Regional Business Transformations:Partner with unit P&O Head / Leader / Global BP to plan & drive unit transformations: Org Diagnostics, Org Design / Operation Model Design, Change Management etcProvide OD & CM expertise to business transformations in collaboration with Transformation officeManage Global Change Agents network group through monthly calls, best practice sharing etcCapability Building:Market intelligence on OD topics & bring external views to the companyBuild awareness on Org Design & Change Man topics at the PM levelBuild OD capabilities across BPs & selected PPs communityProvide tools & materials to entire P&O CommunityBuild & drive community of practice for OD & Change topicsAbove accountabilities are high-level and this role may also be involved in topics such as Leadership Development, Talent Management etc. depending on the capacity and needs.What you'll bring to the role:Senior P&O profile with strong expertise on Organizational Development matters.Fluent EnglishAdvanced project management skillsComfortable with ambiguity, ability to be an agent of change.Flexibility to cover different topicsWhy Sandoz?Generic and Biosimilar medicines are the backbone of the global medicines industry.
