Descripción del empleo Ensure smooth and timely freight process flow including:To make bookings with the origin teamsTo coordinate deliveries with service providers and clients.To communicate with carriers for any import related issue.To coordinate with customs team.To check commercial documents as packing list, invoices, certificates etcEnsure accurate and timely data entry into our operational systemTrack and Trace Ocean Import Files and reportingMeet compliance at all times to regulations internal and external in accordance with government regulationsUnderstand department process flow, and looking for best practices to improve operational efficiency and productivityEnsure all customers standard operating procedures in place and updated in the DLSOPsOverseas communications, timely responses to emails and requests (internal and external)Escalation of problems to Management when necessaryCustomer service oriented Requisitos At least 1 year related experienceUnderstanding of ocean documentation process a plusEffective interpersonal skills, including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, effectively communicate clearly and concisely to obtain positive resultsPro-active, strong organizational skillsGood computer skills (Excel, Word)Hazardous Materials certification (preferred)High level in English Información adicional Benefits:
