YOUR ROLE Provides occupational medicine, medical care and health consulting for employees Provides workplace health promotion and health risk assessment regarding work processes, environment and raw materials Develops, implements and evaluates health programs and projects in the respective area Monitors compliance of health issues and legal health regulations Ensures that all consumables used during procedures are correctly recorded and reported Acts as key contact person regarding medical care / health topics for a defined area at Henkel Acts as site emergency physician Develops and improves strategic, effective health system (local) aligned with corp. health vision and regulations/law Leads the team in the area of responsibility Steers health related projects Supports audits in respective areas Fulfills delegated responsibilities, incl. occupational medicine, health management, disability management, etc. Prevents diseases and accidents caused due to professional occupation
