Job Title: Occupational DoctorLocation: Amazon Spain Fulfillment CenterQualifications:Medical university degree specialized in Occupational Medicine (Medicina del Trabajo).Proven experience as internal or external Occupational doctor.Ability to support different Fulfillment Centers, capable of traveling periodically at a regional level.Fluent in Spanish.Key Responsibilities:Perform medical checks related to occupational and workplace risks, issuing individual results reports.Review, sign and certify medical check results properly.Provide results explanations to relevant stakeholders when applicable.Provide first aid assistance when needed.Review Medical Service assets, instruments, and inventory, detecting and reporting any issues and improvement opportunities in terms of standards of service and associate engagement.Coordinate team schedule, holidays, and cover for absence.Advise the local EHS team, review and analyze Risk Assessments, and suggest improvement measures accordingly.Provide OHS consultations and support to all stakeholders.Liaise with relevant authorities, Mutua, and Servicios de prevención ajenos regarding work-related incident investigations.Ensure compliance with Spanish law in Amazon Spain Fulfillment SLU environment.Interact with Workers' councils when necessary.Develop medical service annual report and epidemiologic report, analyze results, and provide improvement plans.Prepare and carry out the Medical Services plans, according to the agreed schedule.Prepare and/or review Health Activities Planning.Produce statistical data to report trends in key risk areas for senior management.Track implementation of training programs to meet the needs of managers and associates regarding critical safety issues and ergonomics topics.Accredited knowledge in Occupational Health and Safety in industrial and logistics environments.Knowledge about local OHS related procedures, administration complaints, and legal issues.Experience in managing and developing a team is a bonus.We believe passionately that employing a diverse workforce is central to our success.
