What you will be doing at ARROW: An Arrow BPM is a strategic leader responsible for optimizing an organization's operations on a dedicated set of assignments. Identifying bottlenecks, streamlining workflows, and driving growth by translating complex business needs into efficient processes. Examining existing processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement. Creating detailed process maps and redesigning workflows to enhance performance and achieve desired outcomes. Overseeing organizational change initiatives, helping to develop communication plans, providing guidance for training, and supporting the Change Management team to address resistance to ensure smooth transitions. Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) and tracking process metrics to gauge the effectiveness of process improvements. Collecting and analyzing data to identify trends, measure progress, and make data-driven decisions. Working closely with various departments to gather input from stakeholders and define standardized metrics. This collaboration ensures that process improvements align with overall business goals. Who are we looking for? Good mixture between technical & soft skills is required: Process Mapping and Modeling: Proficiency in tools like BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation), Microsoft Visio to visualize and design efficient processes. Data Analysis: Ability to analyze data using tools like Power BI or Excel to identify trends and measure process performance. Lean and Six Sigma: Knowledge of Lean management and Six Sigma methodologies to reduce waste and improve process efficiency. Configure Price Quote (CPQ) & Salesforce applications knowledge. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey process changes and collaborate with stakeholders in fluent English. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify issues and develop innovative solutions. Leadership: Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage change initiatives.
