Your role and work environment: We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Vendor Management Expert to join our CIO Office Team. The responsibility of this team is to manage and support the Tech area in all the non-tech cross activities such as Tech Finance, Vendor Management, and Reporting & Internal Project. Our way of working is agile and flexible, split into these 3 subareas but with high coordination among them, and heavily connected with the whole CIO Leadership and the strategy of the domain and the bank.
Your key responsibilities: As a Vendor Management Expert you will:
Positively contribute to optimize our third-party services.
Co-create the sourcing strategy and way of working with stakeholders (vendors, IT managers, Procurement).
Ensure operational processes in place are followed and management information is gathered and assessed to take proper decisions.

Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering or Management preferred.
5+ years of professional senior level experience in management consulting, I.T., retail, operations, and/or business management.
Fluency in Spanish and English.
Excellent inter-personal and communication, negotiation, analytical, ownership, project management skills, and business understanding are required.
Proven IT Vendor management skills will be an advantage.
Experience in complex organizations and knowledge of business processes and associated risks.
Organizationally sensitive, including having experience in stakeholder management.
Excellent planner and organizer.
