Minimum Requirements Computer Systems Fundamentals: Solid understanding of networking principles, operating systems, software, and application architecture.
Observability tools: Mastery of leading tools Dynatrace, Elastic Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, and Kibana), Kafka , as well as Terraform for automation.
Query languages: Mastery of DSL (Domain Specific Language) KQL (Kibana Query Language) and DQL (Dynatrace Query Language) languages and experience in Dynatrace API for the recovery of performance data, metrics, and collected traces by the Dynatrace platform.
Data collection and analysis: Experience in collecting data from various sources, such as metrics, logs, and traceability, and analyzing it to identify patterns and anomalies.
Clouds, virtualization, and containers: Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP, virtualization technologies such as VMware and KVM, and solid knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
Security: Knowledge of security practices.
Language: Advanced English (minimum B2).
Effective communication: Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both with the technical and non-technical team.
Problem Solving: Ability to quickly identify the root cause of observability problems and develop effective solutions.
Analytical thinking: Ability to critically analyze data, identify trends and patterns, and make informed decisions.
Technical leadership: Ability to lead technical initiatives and provide guidance to team members.
Continuous learning: Willingness to stay up to date with the latest technologies and trends in the field of observability.
Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, development, and operations teams to ensure complete system observability.
Customer orientation: Ability to understand customer needs and design monitoring systems.
Practical Experience Practical experience in the design, implementation, and maintenance of monitoring and observability systems using tools (ELK Stack and Dynatrace).
Experience in scripting with tools such as Terraform, Python, or other languages.
Experience in resolving performance and scalability issues related to observability.
