Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

? WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ?
Bachelor's degree in computer science , computer information systems, information technology, or a related field. . Proven experience 5 years in designing, implementing, and managing observability solutions in a production environment.In-depth knowledge of observability concepts and technologies, including monitoring, logging, tracing, and alerting.Hands-on experience with observability tools and platforms such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Jaeger, etc.Proficiency in programming/scripting languages such as Python, Go, or similar for automation and tool development.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues in distributed systems.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.Experience with cloud-native architectures and container orchestration platforms (e.g., Kubernetes).Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration, delivery, and deployment.Certifications in relevant areas such as Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) or Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP) would be a plus. English Fluent . WHAT WILL YOU DO? Design and implementation of monitoring architecture: The expert would be responsible for designing and implementing the monitoring architecture using Prometheus and Grafana in Linux environments. This would include setting up Prometheus servers, installing and configuring data collection agents on Linux servers, and integrating Grafana for data visualization.Development of custom metrics: In addition to the default metrics provided by Prometheus, the expert may develop custom metrics specific to the business or system to monitor specific aspects of the Linux environment, such as disk performance, memory utilization, network latency, etc.System performance optimization: Using data collected by Prometheus and visualized in Grafana, the expert can identify performance bottlenecks in Linux systems and take action to optimize performance. This could include optimizing system configurations, identifying and addressing network issues, kernel tuning, among others.Creation of custom dashboards: The expert would be responsible for creating custom dashboards in Grafana to visualize specific Linux system metrics clearly and comprehensively. This could include panels to monitor CPU load, memory utilization, network traffic, disk errors, among others.Configuration of alerts and notifications: The expert would configure alerts in Prometheus to detect anomalies in Linux system metrics and set up notifications to be sent to relevant teams via channels such as email, Slack, PagerDuty, etc., through integration with Grafana.Automation of monitoring and maintenance tasks: The expert may use automation tools like Ansible or custom scripts to automate configuration, deployment, and maintenance tasks of the monitoring infrastructure, ensuring its scalability and reliability in the long term.Research into new technologies and best practices: Since the field of observability is constantly evolving, the expert would be involved in researching new technologies, tools, and best practices related to Prometheus, Grafana, and Linux system monitoring, ensuring that the observability infrastructure remains up-to-date and effective.
