Position Summary - To support the 3 channels of Commercial Team (Perfumeries / ECI / Retail): Analysis of Retail Sales/ Gross to Net and Profitability on a constant and regular basis (3 channels).
Analysis of Door Productivity in Retail on a constant and regular basis (ECI and Retail).
New Launches and Promotions Retail Sales follow up and compare performance vs plan (3 channels).
New Launches follow up and compare sell-in vs forecast on a monthly basis (3 channels).
Reporting of issues and discrepancies.
Monthly reporting of stock results (ECI and Retail).
Follow-up on prices and ELCO MS in wholesale.
Weekly reporting of sale results and KPIs (ECI and Retail).
Functions: Contribute to maintain, develop and integrate portfolio of Business Intelligence tools and ensure a high level of data quality.
Support to implement the new processes, templates and reporting intelligence in the commercial team.
Analyzing Retail Sales to make accurate sales estimate projections and monthly reporting.
Ongoing analysis of top performing SKU (3 channels).
Oversee concentration discount actuals on a monthly basis in ECI per brand and per SKU (RSP / Original Value) - (ECI).
Support in ad-hoc analysis and presentations.
Occasionally analyze retailer profitability and recommend actions to improve profit.
Support to Commercial Director.
Qualifications: Analytical skills.
Advanced in excel and reporting tools.
Strong communication skills.
Capacity to organize and prioritize.
Requirements: Bachelor Degree.
Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Fluent English is a must.
+2 years experience.
