You'll be responsible for sourcing and managing the rewards which we offer to our global customer base via our mobile app. Your key focus will be on driving customer retention by ensuring the rewards offered are attractive and enticing for our end users. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer,you'll work closely with the Product and Growth team todevelop and steer the position of rewards. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape and develop this area to truly make a difference in people's lives.
