We are looking for Business Controllers to join our company within Spain and Portugal.
Being a Business Controller at H&M; means focusing just as much on business and profitability as on motivating your team to do the same.
At H&M;, you will play an important role within our Controlling Team.
You will be responsible for the whole process - from analysis and setting targets to follow-up and profitability, everything you do will be about creating great results and making great business!
You will support our Area Teams and will be a partner for teams such as Human Resources, Visual Merchandising.
Additionally, you will have the chance to work cross-functionally with other departments such as Store Operations, Merchandising, and Logistics.
As a Business Controller you will:Together with the Central Controlling team, you will put strategies regarding operational controlling into practice through a strong collaboration with Area Controllers.Be a key player for the annual Budget and goal-setting process.Continuously follow up on attainment of Budgets and Goals by understanding deviations.Secure strong execution by creating tools, implementing new strategies, aligning Store Plan, scheduling, and contract structure continuously to maximize selling and profit.Act as a leader with a strong analytical focus and knowledge-based approach.
Support Area Teams and Area Controllers to enable Great Customer Experience and increase the profitability mindset of the organization.QualificationsBesides your personality, we see that you have:
Bachelor's degree, preferably with economics, business, engineering, mathematics, or Computer Science major.Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.Proven organizational and top-notch analytical skills.A strong motivation to constantly improve.Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with excellent communication skills.Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities.Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel at an advanced level and Power BI preferred.Flexible to relocate within Spain and Portugal.Willingness to travel (50% of the time).Hands-on approach.Strategic thinking.Additional InformationBeing part of our omni journey means there is not one clear path.
