Job Description About Enterprise Capabilities

We are currently recruiting for the role BIM Manager - Process Mechanical, this position is responsible for managing the implementation of BIM and Information Management on projects for Enterprise Capabilities. This position can be held in Madrid, Spain; Warszawa, Poland; and Voluntari, Romania.
Roles and Responsibilities Engage and deliver BIM implementation on projects for global AECOM regionsEstablish and administer the CDE and support the efficient management of project information from multiple stakeholdersLiaise with Project Leadership and coordinate and align BIM execution with the project's delivery programmeCreate and maintain BIM Execution Plans, Master Information Delivery Plans, and other project documents such as the Model Production Delivery Table or LOD matrices and the inputs needed prior to deadlinesTechnical Support - establish data integrated workflows for Process Mechanical projects and provide guidance and training to project teams.BIM Technology - oversee the use of digital technology for design, collaboration, coordination, and deliveryQuality - lead quality assurance control procedures for BIM and create templates and reports for model check QAQCCollaboration - be an ambassador for collaboration with other BIM / Information Management team members from different Enterprise Capabilities offices (Spain, Poland, India, South Africa, Romania, etc) and drive consistency in standards and best practice approaches for BIM across regions. Minimum RequirementsComprehensive knowledge of ISO 19650 framework and related BIM standardsExperience managing and delivering project information on multidisciplinary Process Mechanical projects with geographically dispersed teamsExperience delivering BIM data from plant and piping design software such as any of the following: AutoCAD Plant 3D, Bentley Open Plant, Revit MEP, Civil 3D, or 12d in the context of the aboveExperience working and administering a Common Data Environment such as Autodesk Construction Cloud or Bentley ProjectWiseStrong background in technical production of 3D and 2D model deliverables for Process Mechanical projects.
