The person we are seeking to lead our Spanish Research team will have an unrivalled opportunity to help drive the research program that will successfully guide our clients into the future and to gain advantage from the new opportunities arising in an exciting market. The role will report into the EMEA Research leadership.What you will do:Shape, lead and execute a connected, holistic Research and Strategy offer in Spain.Partner with JLL business leadership to develop and embed the research platform, program, and output.Actively contribute to business development, revenue and strategic growth priorities.Be an active spokesperson for JLL, through traditional and new media and conference organisations.Scope and deliver key market and thematic research reports providing a unique house view on market drivers and influencers, ensuring deliverables and themes are aligned with business strategy and wider global research programmes.Maintain extensive knowledge of the macro and micro factors affecting Spain, delivering insightful and fresh analysis, covering socio-economic, technological, sustainability and other key drivers of change.Provide and present compelling analysis, strategic insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders and clients, partnering closely with business teams in Spain and more widely across EMEA to build holistic narratives.Proactively position research to enable our business and clients to leverage this knowledge for strategic decision-making.Develop strong relationships with internal and external clients and facilitate the use of research as a differentiator including being personally client facing and externally focused on new business efforts.Connect and collaborate with aligned teams and colleagues across EMEA and globally.Lead on the creation of new & innovative research products and delivery methods that address client need and further differentiate JLL.Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Real Estate, Finance, or related field. A Master's degree is preferred.Extensive experience in research, market analysis, or related roles within the commercial real estate industry.Strong understanding of macroeconomic indicators, property market dynamics, and industry trends.Proven leadership experience, including leading a research team and managing multiple priorities.Strong written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.Ability to present complex information and insights in a clear and concise manner
